These are just two of the many messages Mama delivered to me over our cups of tea. These messages helped to mold my character and laid the foundation for the woman I would become.
I reveled in our talks – learning from and about Mama’s life experiences, insight, and wisdom. Our talks sharpened my mental faculties, opened my heart to life’s varied conditions, and my mind to alternative ways of being.
It is the love, honor, and appreciation of this gift from Mama, that inspired the creation of TIFIDIN Tea. The vehicle through which I continue the commitment and extend to you an invitation and means to cultivate the habit of “…living the examined life.”
It is my hope that TIFIDIN Tea will help us to take the time to live a deliberate life because life is not meant to be lived in default mode.
